It is a useless Branch.I have two accounts in my Name HDFC.I wanted to close my kullu Branch account.The Branch made me run around for couple of days and yet the bank has not closed my Bank account . The employee even refuse to take my call

They were reaching out to me for the past 10 months for requirements of PL.
When i applied. Received a resounding No for an amount of 5L.
Worthless bank.
A banks reach can be seen when they are not even able to provide 5L to a salaried employee.

Waiting for next time i receive a call for PL. Will tell them how they wasted my time by taking all the formalities just to say sorry in the end.

Dont count on this bank.
