We came here for dinner.

We had a Punjabi dish. Paneer sabji was awesome there. There are not many restaurants like this. This is one of few Premium range of restaurant.

Most of restaurants are just Gujarati.

Stayed 2 nights on 18th and 19th February 2024 after prior Booking with Hotel. However the Room no. allotted 302 is squarely dangerous as 3 side walls are full of cracks. Any mishap can happen any moment and if an earthquake occurs , the fate of the Room occupants can be presumed. The hotel management should not book such rooms for tourists. This was brought to the notice of hotel on observing the same.

The hotel room was decent enough. It is quite near to the temple. Apart from that there is nothing more to say. The food was not at all good. The customer service is the worst. The waiters are least bothered about their customers. They are not at all attentive towards their customers.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience at Hotel Roma Kristo in Dwarka, Gujarat, booked through Make my trip. During my stay, there was loud celebrations with high decibel singing and continuous music playing until 1 am. Despite numerous attempts to seek reprieve from the noise, it persisted unabated, making it nearly impossible to attain a peaceful sleep and much-needed rest.As a patron seeking relaxation and comfort during my stay, I found the level of noise disruption to be unacceptable and inconsiderate towards guests who prioritize tranquility and rest. It is deeply disappointing that such disturbances were allowed to persist without consideration for the comfort and well-being of guests.I strongly urge Make My Trip to address this matter with Hotel Roma Kristo management, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a serene and hospitable environment for all guests or not taking bookings of other people if they have celebration on hand. Furthermore, I implore you to advise potential guests about the possibility of noise disturbances at this establishment, so they can make informed decisions regarding their accommodation. My experience was extremely disappointing and i would advise guests to book in another hotel.

We were extremely dissatisfied and harrowed with loud singing and high decibel music going on till the early hours. The doors and furniture inside the room was vibrating due to the high decibel music. We called reception at 12 am and 1 am but were told that the celebration was of the hotel owner. We were not able to sleep and had headache by morning when we checked out.
During checkout when we complained about the loud music at 1 am and inability to sleep, the manager had the audacity to say that we should have checked out at night if we were not able to sleep.
My advice is don’t book here unless you are the one partying.
