Best place for stay. Best rooms, location,staff and service. Specially welcome treat with juice. Rooms are best. Kids can spend time with trained staff to treat child in kids zone. Foods also best and you may served on table by individual hotel staff. From one place to other place you want to go in resort you can use golf Cart .

Positive Points:

- The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- The food was exceptional, and the dining experience, especially during breakfast, exceeded expectations (A+++).
- The staff was consistently friendly and wore welcoming smiles.

Areas for Improvement:

- Check-in process was prolonged, requiring more time than expected.
- Encounter with malfunctioning door locks prevented us from leaving the room freely.
- Although a kettle was provided later, it was missing its base, hindering our ability to enjoy in-room tea or coffee.
- The hotel's location is somewhat remote, making it a bit distant from the city center.

Overall Impression:

Despite the minor inconveniences, this property offers a pleasant experience with numerous family-friendly activities. I recommend visiting the resort with ample time to fully indulge in its facilities.

Overall, I had a great experience with the HS staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for our 2 nights stay. Food excellent and it was nice to meet the executive chef.

Like an oasis in a desert, beautiful property. Dwaraka is devoid of vegetation this resort is all green with lots of plants and lawns with a swimming pool. Large clean cottages with good amenities. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet menu. Their Gujarati thali is great.

Great property. You can spend 2-3 days in the resort just to explore it. They have so many amenities and everyday activities for kids and families. I enjoyed it a lot. Such great weather with such a great resort is the best combination one can ever ask for...

Very nice, beautiful, well maintained, well behaved staff. If you just want to spend time and relax go to the place.
The food prices are very high. Also if you order in the rooms it is almost 25% more than you go and eat in the restaurant.
Near the hotel there is nothing..even they will give numbers to book cab or auto..

Lovely place! Just wish they have more carts as sometimes the waiting in rooms is too long. But otherwise the staff is warm and nice

We were two families stayed on Feb 6th & 7th 2024 in Cottages, this resort is one of the best resort of India. Very Lush green environment, Cleanliness, Beautiful Swimming Pool, Reception and served a very high quality food. Highly recommended and will also visit again

Positive experience for our 3 day stay. The resort is slightly away from the city so transportation is an issue, otherwise the stay is good so is the food. The staff is inexperienced but eager to help.

We went with family, we took Garden Villa With premium luxury amenities in the room as well as outside or premises.
You will never try to go outside of the resort for 24 hours.
Lot of lot of and many lot of spots where you can hang out, chill and seat. Lot of Photo and Video spots and location. What a nature and what a service in the rooms, specially pick up and drop from the villa to amenities and the swimming pool and the receptions. Cycling is also an amazing experience. 5 start resort but I will give 10 Stars.

We were visiting Dwarka for the first time, and Hawthorn has the best reviews as a resort in the area so we decided to book it and I must say I am glad we did. This place was amazing in terms of all aspects. We had booked a Executive Room which had a balcony and the room size was pretty good for a couple like us. We enjoyed the calm of this resort without the noise and pollution of the city and also enjoyed other amenities such as the Swimming Pool and Restaurant. Their buffet Breakfast and Dinner were literally top tier and although it was all vegetarian, everything was really good especially in the breakfast buffet. The staff was polite and courteous. Although we weren't satisfied with their answers to some of our queries during the day we checked in, It eventually got better in the coming days. The location of the resort is great, however since we didn't had our own vehicle, it was difficult and costly to book a cab/auto on demand via phone and we had to pay very much extra as you won't find general means of conveyance on the road outside the resort. So please make sure you have your own vehicle or else you have to pay a lot to travel anywhere. The beds were comfortable, the Swimming pool was great although not very deep so I was not able to swim a lot. The restaurant staff was really great. Ritika who was our server and other people made sure our orders were delivered on time. Chef Rajendra Singh made sure that the food we had was upto our expectations. Overall it is a really great place to stay if you avoid a couple of small issues which we faced. Will definitely visit again ☺

This property is so clean and peaceful. Has got lot's of good amenities and the staff here is soo humble and responds to your queries immediately.
The restaurant is great too! Food is amazing, the chef here interacts with us and customizes food for us.

Must stay when you visit dwarka. Eventhough it is 7km away from the main temple, but auto/cab are easily available. Hotel staff will help you with the contacts. Neat room, good view, great price point and amazing breakfast spread.

Resort is superb. Villa is spacious with garden, drawing, dining, bedroom. Resort has all activities complimentary like swimming, volleyball, cricket, tt, carrom, pool, chess, outdoor child play area, trampoline. Indoor kids area is also good, my kid love painting, caretaker is caring. Food is also very excellent. Head chef rajendra singh is very good. My daughter talked with him in every breakfast and dinner. All staff are pollite, courtesious, and helpful. Our kids love golf cart ride from reception to villa. Location wise it is 5km away from city. And 20kms away from shivrajpur beach. Overall best place to stay in dwarka.

Great location away from the crowd but still close to attractions. Very good food and the rooms are excellent. They even have contact information for local temple guides. There was also some evening family entertainment.
