We visited this shop to purchase some prescribed medicines. The owner was very unwelcoming and from the start of the conversation, he was very rude and egoistic. But he has some monopoly item so we had to tolerate him because we needed to buy it urgently. He didn't give proper bill of that medicine and when I reached to my place my cousin drew my attention towards the expiry date of that medicine and it was already expired before 2-3 months, so I went back to replace them but he denied and said that he didn't sell that medicine and that I might have purchased it from somewhere else. Actually in reality he didn't have the same medicine in stock and he did not want to return my money so he did this crime but as I said I didn't get proper invoice of the medicine so I couldn't do anything.

In total be careful while dealing with people of this shop & also as per some sources these people are involved in many malfunctioning practices hence, you won't find much retail customers at this place.

Pathetic service ! We had called him 3 times before visiting the place to know if a particular tablet was available and when we reached there he said he cannot give it as the medicine was expired. So the next time we made sure of calling him and asking him that and it took us 4 calls to ask him that because he always used to cut the call halfway through. The 4th time when we called he talked to us rudely. And this is the time when we need these guys to help us the most. There is virus outbreak and this guy decides his time is more important. No courtesy at all , he doesn't know how to talk to his customers. Unless there's an emergency do not visit.

Poor quality. Very bad behaviour towards customer. Providing expiring date medicines.
