My wife and I arrived to India for the first time (from Australia) and had no idea what to expect from local car rentals. I can say without exaggeration it was the best car rental experience I've ever had.

For starters, they are very responsive, helpful and transparent throughout the booking process.

The cars themselves are all brand new (mine had less than 12,000km on it) and they replace them after they are 3 years old. So you will definitely be getting a new vehicle.

Pick up process is very easy and flexible. The car was spotless and full of fuel.

The deposit was returned quickly, without hassle and transparently (showing me the calculation of the returned amount).

And even weeks after I returned the car to them... I lost my laptop in Delhi Airport security while leaving. And even though it had absolutely nothing to do with them, they went out of their way - on a Friday night, no less - to collect it from the Lost and Found, and ship it back to me. It would have been near impossible for me to get it back without their help, and I am enormously grateful.

In short, if you are planning on driving in India, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They will make sure everything goes smoothly, and the service is simply unparalleled in any country I've been to.
