I would have given -ve stars if it was possible. This is the 2nd time this owner promised to provide medicine within 2 days after keeping the money. We were depending on this shop owner for medicine but after 2 days They were unable to provide medicine.
1st incident was in 2021 (Corona time) same happened he was unable to provide medicine which was for my father.
2nd incident was on 01/01/24 required medicine for my 18 months old baby who is fighting with cough and cold. At least do not give false hope so we can find our medicine elsewhere. This is an old medical shop that used to run by his father and I respect him. I really need this all to improve so others (Manendragarhiya) won't face the same problem.
