Dihing Ethnic Restaurant

I amd my family went to this restaurant during Magh Bihu. I wasn't sure what to expect but I ended up having a great experience. I ordered Paneer Butter Masala which was delicious. The local chicken we ordered didn't have much meat but it was still tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the kheer which had a subtle but sweet flavour due to the cardamom. My only nitpick is that I wish it was a little less spicy and I didn't quite like the bhaji that had french beans and potato or the mashed potatoes.

The food is delicious and fresh. Everything they served was top-notched. The service is fast. The ambience is clean and simple. Overall it gives a homely vibe.

We went for lunch as my friend was craving something Assamese authentic homemade food...it was too delicious... everything was value for money...the quantity and taste both wins..must try for Hostelers craving homemade Assamese food

One of the best ethnic Assamese thali in Dibrugarh. Although taken only veg thali but quality and quantity was awesome. Hygiene maintained nicely and behavior of staffs was very good. Price was also it was economical as I paid only 240/- for 2 veg thalis.
Overall very good experience from my side so 5 star for u, you deserve it...

Really awesome experience. Quality of food is very nice with varieties of traditional Assamese items. Main thing is that the management is keen enough to know the feedback from their customers so that they can improve more if there is any scope for improvement.

Was looking for a restaurant and find this one.We were confused how it would be...but it was more than expected as the service was very good and the main attraction the food was too good ,tasty...budget friendly restaurant. Good experience overall.hope to dine again when in Dibrugarh...

I hardly rate any place 5 star, this is a really good place to eat and a really good atmosphere.

One of the best hotel in Dibrugarh, offering a Assamese thali, they also offer other dishes, but Assamese thali is this restaurant well known for.

you can have a plate full of local delicacy like chicken curry, fish curry, duck curry, mati dal, masoor dal, aloo pitika, basin fry, cabbage sobji, kolbill sabji, papad, kheer(paik), local chicken( have to order before), they have a seating capacity of 30 nos.
Assamese Veg thali is around rs 120 to 160, where you can order nonveg plate according to rate prevailing at the time.
Overall the food is tasty.

The staff are very helpful and give good service. Wishing the staff and management a very prosperous year ahead.

I visit this place several time .Very good place for Assamese thali. Duck dish is amazing . Fish items are also not bad. Thank you for tasty food.

For the best assamese traditional food! Its a must go go. I generally try to go with a thali with pudina chicken curry! The kheer in the end is worth every single penny!! Love it.
