Last week i visited your shop.....
I keep standing for 30 minutes mainting social distancing...but no one take notice at me, and you and your staff keep attending the customers... not following covid guidelines....

One word is enough for this -: fraud.
Customer service representative zero etiquette. Specially the owner of the shop.
They are just looted money from customer. Not giving bill to customers.
One of the worst place to buy medicine and medical instruments.

The customer service here is worset. Every employee acts like they're the owner and doesn't listen to the customers. Additionally, they often provide medications from other companies without seeking permission or informing the customer, contrary to what is written in the prescription.

Just one word is enough: Fraud
