Visited Kankavli Branch for the change in Address in account details on Saturday, 15th May 2021 and provided required documents at the same time. Ideally it takes two working days to get an update the basic details and the same was told by counter person. However today is again Saturday 22nd May 2021 but no change has been made in my account. In this pandemic revisit the branch for the same reason is difficult. This is extremely poor experience and waste of time. Please reply me with the plan of action so that the same kind of issue will not happen in future.

Extremely Poor customer service, I went there for opening regular savings account with Rs. 10,000/- balance, but the exceutive was not interested in opening regular savings account instead she asked me for initial deposit of Rs. 50,000/- for opening insta savings account, totally unwelcoming attitude, can't expect such service from private bank.
