Very helpful owners. Shoe size of 1 UK was not in stock. They ordered online and got it for me.

There was a pricey one and a cheaper one......she also advised that pricey one is not needed for kids. I really liked the approach and honest help from a business owner.

I used to purchase from this store. But now I am giving this rating for their helpful behaviour. I bought one bata shoe from another showroom and the colour of it was fading within a week. I wrote to customer care and they allowed me to visit any bata showroom and exchange the damaged product. I approached K r puram Bata showroom as it is near my home. The store manager without any hesitation allowed me to exchange the product.

I purchased couple of sandals for formal and informal occassions. We had gone to purchase for kids but they didn't have the size so couldn't order that. They do provide online option to deliver at home in 3 days time.
