I had to go multiple times but the mostly women staff is very professional, co-operative and I am really impressed with the Himachal model of banking. I think the two ladies involved in opening bank accounts are really knowledgeable, sweet and nice.

The security staff was third grade and that's not a surprise in a government bank.

Overall, I am very satisfied with SBI, Solan. SBI, Manali experience was so poor. Thanks.
