Khandeshwar

Khandeshwar Railway Station is situated on the harbour line Railway track. This Khandeshwar Railway Station is before Panvel Railway Station when you are travelling from CSTM to Panvel side. Khandeshwar Railway Station has a very good ambiance. Parking space is not available as most of the free space not going under construction for residential buildings. If you want to visit this station then avoid your own vehicle as parking is almost not available. The washroom facility is closed most of the time. Entry and Exit is almost occupied by unauthorised hawkers. No one is stopping them from doing illegal selling of food items, vegetables and fruits.
Railway authorities should do something for them.

There are 2 platform , For the Panvel have Platform No 1 And 1A and for CST have platform number 2 .

Khandeshwar is a Railway station for local commuters of Harbour as well as Trans harbour line. You can catch a local train for Panvel, CSMT, Vadala, Thane & Andheri/ Goregaon.

2nd last station in harbour line towards panvel , parking , wheelchair access available , less crowded as compared to other stations , nearby to kamothe and kalamboli , auto rikshaw available at all times outside the station .tea and snacks corner available outside ..

Love it station and everything is neat and clean and good looking but the rickshaw drivers are not good lill bit some told higher pay then only they will take you to your destination so be careful with them before visiting get in touch with friends family members or relative

Station parking is good. Station is very clean, as the staff daily clean the Station platform and sitting benches. One thing is not proper and that the ticket country/ window. Only one window working and that come with a very long queue.
Otherwise Station is good. 👍🏻

You can reach here by local harbour train from mumbai /CSMT will take about 1 hrs.16 minutes and it is one station before panvel station . New proposed Airport of Navi Mumbai is just 2 KM from khandeshwar and lonavala( hill station) will take 1 hrs.20 min from highway via Mumbai -Pune expressway. You can take your bus for Lonavala and Pune from Kalamboli (MacDonald) and you can reach here by auto easily either from khandesswar or Mansarovar station which is one station before the khandeshwar station.

Khandeshwar is clean and good station with lot of parking area and toilet is also available. People used to walk in the morning and evening also. In the morning there is Yoga classes which is very beneficial. Yoga timings are 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM.

It is well developed area which comes under Cidco it has many gardens and open spaces

Clam place but too far from Mumbai City.

Beautiful Place near Panvel. Spend your time in the evening.

Nice every local train get stop here.

The premises of Khandeshwar Railway Station are very beautiful and charming, but some new building projects coming up may spoil it.

Nice parking place but bit crowded and the area around station is also very nice and big
