ICICI Bank LTD, Chandapura- Branch & ATM

Polite staff and good service. Reached bank by 9.20 am and security informed me to wait till 9.30 am. They allowed me in time and my work got completed within 10 mins. Even though the team were in morning meeting, manager advised his team member to attend the customer. Appreciate the discipline and customer care.

Not much crowd. Both branch and ATM functional

You can not find this at the location rather it's 500 metres ahead. Just search dominos outlet in chandapura. It's near to that.

Very very worst service from the Bank staff. This particular branch staff are not ready to work or assist after 2.30pm. If we go after 2.30pm to the branch they will say they don't have a server. If we question the staff they will react very very rudely including the deputy manager of the bank and they ask to go to another branch as we are beggar's IN front of them.
The Manager is very very rude and the security is also very rude. These branch staff are making a fool of us. No staff is fit to help us. This is a humble request to the concern team to take very strict action on my feedback. This kind of service should not entertain.

Worst icici branch. Today I went there for applying new debit card, the manager was super rude and did not help me at all. Worst customer service.

Very worst, security is very bad behavior, I reached the branch by 3.00pm, sitting there for more than 30min, but he is not allowing to enter, I came for one enquiry, about my docs, which is there with bank. But no response. Even manager also seen that one person is sitting in front, but no response. Branch contact details are not displayed, even not available on net. Very worst experience.

Such a worst branch full of egoistic staffs. Especially a guy sits next to manager. They throw the tasks among themselves and make u wait for hours :)

Visited this branch for 3 times and all the times I had worst experience. All the times there will be some problem in their systems.

Worst customer services compare to other branch. They don't have product knowledge, should be trained properly...

This is the fake ICICI Bank.. don't ever do any transactions with this branch...spoiled the reputation of ICICI Bank..only the worst branch in whole india
