I am disappointed with the overall experience of shopping at this store.

1. If I am choosing Raymond and I am paying a premium, I am expecting top notch tailoring perfection but this store
does not deliver on its brand name.

2. The staff is not very friendly and helpful.

3. They do not honor their time commitment.I had to visit atleast 3-4 times before they finally gave my kurta.

However, if you have no other option, just buy the cloth from this store and get it stitched from a reputed local tailor in Sambalpur which was something that I should have done as well.

Can be improved...

It is worst Raymond shop I have ever visited. The staffs are unaware about the pricing of the products. To fold a blanket they ask the customer to do the same. Without informing the price they cut the cloth and then deny for exchange or return. While billing you will know the price of the product. I will not recommend the shop to anyone. Raymond should look into the shop and close the shop as soon as possible.

Worst experience. Ordered 4 pcs suits with full faith with costly febric but out of 4 pcs none of the cloth was fits my body. Surprisingly, differences were 2-3 inches in each pcs.
