Very bad service most of the time current is not supplies

If you're going to stay where wesco electric office is the local electricity operator then don't live there. I understand that powercuts are required in thunder and lightning or any other problem but what problem do you have for 6 to 7 hours a day I m not exaggerating of you don't have a invertor you can't live in hot weather and if you want to leave a review complaining about their service don't bother they don't check their complaints
Seems like frequent powercuts are the signature of this office it's been going on since 2 to 3 years

Worst electricity board ever. There should a provision for giving 0 stars to pathetic services like this. Hours and hours of unannounced power cuts, due to the slightest of disturbances, which is then followed by more power cuts on the pretext of repairings. The people here are incompetent and corrupt and have no sense of duty or responsibility.

Worst experience ever, its been 3hrs no power supply
Poor service, what if we stop paying bills then immediate action will be taken.
Then why don't you guys provide the service properly. Electricity is generated here but not for the locals.

This is to inform you that , it's been a long time now that we are facing power cut related problems in Sundargarh (Odisha , pin - 770001 ) , most of the time of the day/night there is no electricity in sundargarh , we feel like we have gone back to the days where we used to face electricity related problems more often.
This thing is very frustrating and also unexpected from a company like WESCO .
If it is not possible in your place to provide good service , then please do declare it publically that you are not capable of providing good service and give the charge to someone else.
You guys need to understand that we are not begging for electricity , being a citizen of India it's our right to have it.
Give good service or else leave the post .
May be we should start using solar energy for our home to get electricity , rather then relaying on a company like WESCO .

Poor service is provided.Electricity not available at this hot weather. My phase is always out of electricity. Its been 2hrs, no electricity at all. What the hell are they doing?

The worst !...I am gonna report this to higher authorities and strict actions will be taken against the service, Sambalpur wesco has new excuses everytime,that why there's no electricity ...they lie that there's no electricity anywhere,bt when I call and ask people of other areas, there's full electricity...

Very Very Very Poor Supply Of Electricity In Sambalpur In Summer Season's Even The LED Bulb's Don't Get Lit Properly & On Top Of That Unnecessary Powercut's Are Also There

Worst place to live....most of the time electricity wouldn't available at night in summer..... there is no accountability here , common and poor people only suffer... 0 star for entire system 👎

Why there are two bills? I am paying through Google pay and they are sending bills sometimes within 15 days span.
