Travelled with Mr Thapa to Nainital twice and it has been a very pleasant experience. He is a very courteous gentleman, always on time, very considerate and always ensures our journey is comfortable. The cars are always clean and sanitised, with ample snacks and water for the entire journey!

Have used Thappa's The Traveller for a couple of weeks in Lucknow. Very punctual & honest in their offerings. The cars are clean and have sanitizers with water bottles at all times. And when you have some free time Thappa takes keen interest in introducing you to history of Lucknow and it's beautiful architecture. He is also able to suggest a lot of fine places for you to indulge in Lucknow's most authentic cuisine...

Excellent experience. We had a wonderful trip to Nainital and Mukteshwar thanks to Mr Thapa who took us there as well as was with us throughout the trip making our trip very comfortable and enjoyable. Unlimited water supply was provided by him and daily he would refresh the snacks basket for us. Moreover, he is very knowledgeable about the place and is a very kind and helpful person. Will surely plan another trip taking his services in the coming year!!
