Not happy with their online shopping system.Purchssed a few books online and they didn't do any update about dispatching and tracking the order.With great difficulty they said books were dispatched when I enquired many times by email.They say books will arrive in 2-4 within Karnataka.But my order arrived after 9 days.And I had no update at all about this.
