I have done a re-rct here. The whole process gone very smoothly. Dr. Rajkumar sir always check the condition of the improvement throughout the process. If he only satifies by the result then he shift to the next process. The clinic is also very clean . Every staff here is so humble and polite. Dr. Ditipriya also diagnosed me well. My overall experience is very good.

I got very good experience as Dr.Raj Kumar sir has done treatment very smoothly. It was(Teeth) very critical and less chances was there to save but he has done fantastic job and saved by doing RCT and supporting staff also supported nicely.

My wife, Shalini, had an unfortunate accident where she chipped her RCT tooth while trying to crack a walnut. This mishap left us with no option but to seek professional dental help, and we were fortunate to have Smile and Profile right in our neighborhood.

Dr. Raj Kumar, the dentist we consulted, displayed exceptional expertise from the very first visit. He thoroughly examined Shalini's situation, explained the condition of her tooth, and recommended a course of action. He started with a prescription of antibiotics and paracetamol 500 (as Shalini has a painkiller allergy) for three days to address the infection. Dr. Raj Kumar empathized with Shalini's situation and expressed regret for her loss, as he wouldn't typically recommend tooth extraction at the age of 25. However, it was the only viable solution.

Three days later, we returned for the procedure. Dr. Raj Kumar began by conducting an allergy test, ensuring Shalini's safety. After observing no adverse reactions, the extraction process began, and I was allowed to be present in the room to support Shalini.

The tooth extraction journey had its challenges, with Shalini briefly losing consciousness at one point. Throughout the procedure, Shalini had a moment of panic due to the pressure, which is not uncommon in dental procedures. However, Dr. Raj Kumar remained patient and focused on delivering the best possible outcome.

Our experience with Smile and Profile was undeniably positive. While the cost may be on the higher side, it is justified by the excellent care and expertise provided. Dr. Raj Kumar explored every possible avenue to ensure a successful outcome.

As someone who is always concerned about Shalini's well-being, I can't emphasize enough how satisfied I am with their treatment and services. The clinic's attention to detail, appointment reminders, and flexibility in scheduling follow-up appointments are all commendable.

In summary, Smile and Profile has not only met but exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and professionalism displayed throughout this challenging experience.

I have done wisdom tooth extraction from Smile and Profile Barasat unit. Dr Rajkumar was my attending doctor. He is friendly and humble. All the staffs are quite attentive and caring. The extraction was done with utmost care , didn't feel any pain. My experience was amazing. Will surely visit in the future .

My mother has visited Smile N Profile for the extraction of the entire set of teeth and setting up a complete denture. As this is a critical surgery and costly affair, I was allayed by the much amicable and extremely polite receptionist- Ms. Pinky Mukherjee. The doctor who has conducted the surgery- Dr. Rajkumar was very friendly, patient and extremely cautious of my mother's concerns. Finally , Dr. Depanjan Das has helped with the final setting of the dentures. Definitely recommend others to visit this clinic for any dental concerns for two reasons- highly competent doctors and very friendly staff.

Dr. Deepanjan Das did a excellent dental treatment! I had been dealing with a 2 carious teeth which was paining sometimes and 3 missing tooth for quite some time and was worried about the procedure. But Dentist's professionalism and thorough explanation of the process put me at ease. The entire experience was painless, and I happier with the result.
He is excellent as a dentist. Other staffs behaviour very well and clinic is very good.

Got my RCT and crown placement done by Dr. Raj Kumar. Doctor was extremely friendly and professional, he did a very good job. The prices were genuinely affordable and reasonable.
The staff are equally good at their work and the clinic is extremely hygienic.
