Staff is not cooperative. Chasing them from 2 days and still they are not able to open my salary account. Sometimes they say they don't have account kit, sometimes they say their executive is not there. I don't understand how they're working.!!!!!
pathetic co-ordination between employees . If you want to be harassed then you are on your own risk.Personal experience.

Bad service always. Staff made a mistake to open my account. Then asked me to come again and again. What the bad service of this bank. Don’t suggest open HDFC account. Even SBI is much much better.

Now there is a new lady at the cash deposit counter,can't describe her rude behaviour.....I kept waiting for 20min and than said to do a bit early....she said wait for 10 min and rudely added time is your issue and not her and said 15-20min hi to hue hai khade to kya ho gya....worst experience in 12 years of my banking transactions.
