Nice place for academic purpose

A 67 million year old tree fossil. This was discovered during road construction. It is just about 2 kms from Kharapathar on the road which branches of from middle of the town onto the left as you drive from Shimla / Theog.

A must visit, though poorly maintained by the concerned agency. A board describing its significance would be of great interest to the people coming to see the fossil.

There is nothing interesting to watch just this tree fossil or i say a tree shaped stone. 😆 Don't waste your time do some work 😂
