Worst Banking Experience ICICI BANK CHARAI THANE
I applied for a Personal Loan its got approved but due to loan person’s fault he did a lots of mistake in my loan account, after soo many mail & call its got corrected.
But at the time of EMI deductions i had to pay Charges & Overdue Charges because bank updates a different account number which is completely there fault even though i give them a copy of cheque. & Forgot about a loan person even the ICICI customer care doesn’t respond on mail they just saying in process we’ll revert back in 2 days but no reply from customer care also still waiting.

Absolutely arrogant and mean staff. Treating customers as if they own the bank and we are their employees. Not resolving the issue of customer on time. I would recommend not to open your account in this branch you will have to pay unnecessary charges and when you ask them for the refund of the charges they'll keep on delaying and make you visit the bank 10 times. Each time you visit they'll give you false commitment that the issue will be resolved within 2 days. Sbi is far better than this branch. I hope the somebody from the icici bank looks into this branch's staff.

Totally Disappointed, Worst Banking services ever had.
They charge me overdue charges on my personal loan because of bank's mistake now telling me contact to customer care but they don't even replying on mail.
