Hi, This is Siva Prakash from Theni. I've Studied Bsc in Alfaa Catering College and I am a Hosteler too. I enjoyed my Hostel life with my Friends, Wardens, Food and Environment. Really i missed my hostel Life.

More Over, I have got various training sessions from my college. I have gone to Sayaji Hotel, Madhyapradesh for Kitchen training, The Mylapore Cafe, Bangalore for F&B Service training and Wffles thru the day for Bakery and confectionery training. I have learned a lot about various departments through my training sessions, College practical Sessions and Seminar Sessions. Thanks to Alfaa.
