Pandalam Mahadeva temple is positioned on the banks of river Achankovil in Pandalam in the state of Kerala, India. It is believed that Lord Parasurama has installed the idol in the sanctum.

Men are required to enter the main temple bare chest. Jeans and trousers are allowed inside main temple. Ladies are allowed inside either in sarees or salwar kameez.
