It is located near Kottayam Nagampadam traffic island and bridge; the Canara Bank loan section is functioning here, and Ceaser Palace and Oxygen are functioning nearby. A building with good visibility is suitable for banks, offices, etc. Lifts and parking facilities are available.

Right at the center of Nagambadom, near ceaser palace stands this building. It's quite spacious and has Byjus in it's 3rd floor and logic institute in it's 2nd floor.

Each floor is about 10000 sq.ft. The final touch ups and works are in progress (incl of Lift). This building does also have good underground parking space making it comfortable for employees within the building and customers who visit.

Top floors obviously give out a splendid view of Nagambadom Round Turn and bridge and the backside does provide with a green vibe.
