I just had the test drive today and it went so smooth, I actually liked its features,really contented with the drive

I had purchased MG ASTOR SHARP this month from MG Kottayam
The whole process and experience was remarkable.

All the staff members( especially Mr. Titto Thomas and Mr. Vipin Prasad)were polite and helpful .Even though I had some misunderstanding and related discussions in the initial stage, it was sorted out fast.

My decision to sell my previous car to MG Reassure was also executed hassle-free.
And they surprised me with an unexpected offer in the quoted amount on the delivery day.

Got our new MG Astor delivered from MG kottayam. We were very concerned as MG is a relatively new brand in the Indian market.Had even seen some social media pages raising concerns about the customer service aspects as well.But the experience we had at MG Kottayam was astoundingly great.The team there was extremely polite and supportive. After the booking we had thoughts of switching to another brand as there was lack of clarity on mileage.But then the staff from the dealership really helped us clear us clear our doubts and got us back to getting the Astor, which I feel now as a great decision.Once again kudos to the entire team at MG Kottayam👍👍👍

Best customer service.my brother recently bought an mg hector plus from this shoroom.They picked us from venjaramood tvm to their showroom in their vehicle( gloster).

Awesome experience. Though lockdown caused all the delay, the team handled the situation amazingly. Thank you Arjun and team. Hoping for a long term relationship with MG.

Suggestion: More training on the course of paper work can given to the sales team so that we as customers are more clear on the process.

A bit of confusion here and there, but we are satisfied overall with the team and service till date.
