Let me share a beautiful story that happened with Me Some time back And Only Because of Castle toyota Nawanshahr and Mr Sumit Bhardwaj (bodyshop manager)I was able to get my claim cleared which was a hefty amount.
I am a delhite guy and while travelling to Punjab my car got stopped in between nearby Khanna and since I had to go to Nawanshahr I asked the towing truck to take my car to Castle toyota Nawanshahr ; thinking now I made the best Decision taking my car there instead to any other place ! Visiting first time to that Place and actually got a really nice experience (professional as well as social ) Kudos To Toyota Company That They Have Such Nice people working for them.

Having Said that it was a Sunday afternoon but still after speaking to someone from there only they allowed my car inside which is really sweet of them and did the inspection the following day.

Honestly Insurance company was bit lenient in my case but castle toyota team and Mr Sumit stood on their toes until my claim was cleared and as soon as they got the confirmation (just telephonic initially )from the Insurance company I was handed over my car within 3 days.
Moreover When I visited them for Service , they even got that done in less than 2 hours which is really appreciative.

Being Unknown to the city and the insurance company there ; I had less hopes but They Dint let me down at all and everything happened very smoothly and with Ease.

I remember once my car had a back dighi problem which was supposed to come from noida yard which was taking a lot of time. It was impossible for me without a car.
