I recently had the experience of dealing with my father's gall bladder stone operation at Sathya Sai Ram Hospital, and I must say the level of care and service was exceptional.

Every person we encountered, including doctors, nurses, sisters, and even the watchmen, was not only helpful but also remarkably calm, making our experience at the hospital incredibly reassuring.

They go the extra mile by changing patient clothes daily, maintaining spotless bathrooms, and ensuring a peaceful environment for recovery. The availability of ample parking space is an added convenience. Additionally, the canteen offers affordable food, though not gourmet, it is well-prepared and wholesome.

Dr. Shaik Javed, the General Surgeon who performed my father's operation, is highly skilled and proficient in his work. The fact that all treatments, including surgeries, are provided free of cost speaks volumes about the hospital's commitment to healthcare without discrimination.

Sathya Sai Ram Hospital has a unique approach to visitor management. Only one attender per patient is allowed, and visiting hours are strictly regulated from 4-6 pm. One minor point of consideration is the demeanor of the staff at counter number 6, who may come across as a bit stern. Given the challenging nature of her role, dealing with numerous individuals with varying mindsets, her assertiveness is understandable.

U need to book appointment first by calling there no that is available on their website.
If u have a surgery case then u should have 30 days in hands.
They took too much time to operate after a long treatment and admission procedure.
But it's OK for people who have not enough money .
So I think it's not a problem come here with few days in ur hands. And get well soon.

The hospital's extraordinary care is beyond verbal expression! Their exceptional dedication to patients, coupled with a compassionate and service-oriented attitude, is truly awe-inspiring. In August 1st, my mother underwent a successful neurosurgery for a Pituitary Tumor, and her recovery is a testament to the exceptional teamwork, expertise, and kindness of the doctors, nurses, and all the staff involved. Treatment is absolutely free here. Because of which lots of patients are visiting there. But they have maintaining rules and regulations strictly. There are good doctors who are continuously giving good treatment to all. Treatment process may not be so fast because of rush. Only thing is have to wait for proper treatment. Only one attender can go along with patient. Incase of hospitalization immediate family member is only allowed so please keep your Aadhar card with you. Hospital is very neat and clean. Place is very nice. There are canteen in the hospital campus where you can get breakfast, tea, coffee.
Place is near ITPL well connected with bus route.

I would not have ever believed that treatment can be done with this much professionalism and care at totally free of cost if I had not visited this hospital. Loved each and every aspect of this hospital and the persons associated with the hospital. Cleanliness and hygiene is that much maintained that you can't even think of. Doctors and staffs are helpful more than expectations but few staffs needs to be more polite towards patients. Dedication towards work and care to patients is the main mantra of here. A total of 5 stars will be less for this hospital.

I brought my Papa here on June for Neuro Surgery and I can just say one thing about the Institution is that "Love can't be bought with money and Love is the greatest addiction one should always keep". My papa got surgery and the surgery despite of critical condition of the disease, I can say one sentence, "Sai has no Religion, Sai itself is a universe full of love".

- A unique institute that has no billing counter! Not one paisa is charged- treatment is 100% free (inpatient, outpatient, lab services, radiology services...you name it).
- Excels in neurosurgery and cardiology/surgery.
- You will need a prior appointment unless it is an emergency like an accident.
- Very calm and peaceful, well spaced out hospital.
- All the staff, from the ground level to up, are polite. No rude or uppity behaviour from anyone.
- Was very disappointed to see an officer pacing outside the ICU requesting the attendants to donate blood and everyone refused. I request that if you have availed of the services of the hospital, kindly donate blood.
