Recently I purchased Tata Nexon XZ+(O), very interesting part is I was not available physically in Hajipur (Bihar). After satisfaction with all my queries with Sushil Ji over phone, I transferred my booking amount on faith. I was dealing with Ananya Auto Agency with Sushil Ji initially.
There was a lot of hick ups came in between because of new number registration with BH Series and I was not available personally in place, however Sushil Ji and Ranjan Ji both were very supportive and finally I received my car on time with all my requirements.
