DR Arvind Minz is very polite and give the best treatment because I have shifted to Mathura from faridabad before one year back but I remain in touch with him as needs. He give prompt reply through ehatsapp ,it's a very good approach for a patient. When I was in US ,he gave the reply in mid night also since the timings differs from India .

He is angel for our family. He saved two lifes of my family. My grand mother, mother both are in extremely serious situation but both are saved by Dr. Minz. Though not competent enough to rate Dr. Arvind Minz on the scale of star rating but in my personal comment on his politeness, professional acumen, thorough gentleman is 5 stars. The first and foremost thing for a doctor should be to win the confidence of a patient. In this criterion he stands numero uno.

He almost on an average spends 15-20 minutes with a patient and listens and explains everything calmly and clearly. More patients could have been benefitted if a junior doctor would have been assisted him in noting down previous details, if any and other details, before he meets the person.
