Lift was not working for two days of stay

Ac not properly started and bathroom no hot water provide at the time
Not good experience this hotel comunication not properly

It's a bed experience at the time of check in before 2 days room is allready Book also not in hotel book. But when i come check in hi said room is booked 4 June in place of 27 may so we are very tride in givin zero star for this time of behaviour from our side ask to othe person who have come to hotel kuber.
