Laxmi Cement Pre Casting Works

At this place they manufacture Door frames, Main Doors, Window frames, Window shutters & Toilet ventilators of various sizes for houses.
The above are either made of Cement Concrete or Fibre.
The quality of these various manufactured products are good.
Window frames have safety bars option made up of Mild steel or 304 grade Stainless steel.
We just have to select the type of product as per our budget, tell them our size requirements & then place order well in advance (i.e. while constructing new walls).
We have to select the colour of frames & shutters.
It takes them around 20-25 days to complete the order & deliver at site.
First they provide door & window frames at site.
These frames have to be fixed by Masons before plastering the new walls.
Once the flooring work is complete, we have to inform them & then they'll send their people to install the Doors & window shutters.
There is polish option for Fibre frames & doors.
Fibre products are expensive than Cement Concrete products.
