Thriprayar Shree Ramaswami Temple

One of the famous Sriram temple in Kerala. This temple is known for Nalambalam temple and along with Srirama, there are dieties for Dakshinamoorthy, Vigneshwara, Ayyapa and Cute GopalaKrishna. There is also worship for Hanuman and Muraga. There is a karuvannur river flowing behind the temple where you can feed the fishes. It is also known as the Dakshin Ayodhya. Ram mandir with river running sideby. Very calm and beautiful scenery. Holistic too. Car parking road was little difficult. Park car at some distance from temple and come by 5 mins walk.

Tripyar sreerama Swami temple is 20 kms from trissur. From trissur to temple road is not conjested. Temple is very big, Hanuman & subramanyam temple is near sreerama Swami temple. Feeding fishes is a main offering is in this temple. Other gods like Lord Shiva & ayyappa, gopala Krishna is there.

Historic temple.vedivazhipadu is a highlight here, crackers are made by themand used by this temple. river flowing opposite to the temple ,plenty of fishes available which can be fed with rice , kayaking and boat ride also available.lord rama,lord Krishna,sastha, anjenya deities are there.wonderful and calm experience overall.outside the temple there is small hotel serving delicious tiffin items (poori,Vada,ghee roast and fillter coffee)at affordable prices

Very traditional temple. Entry for men with dhoti and no baniyan or shirt. Firecrackers are a highlight of this temple, manufactured and used by this temple. Fishes in the river opposite to the temple can be fed with rice available for sale.

Nice calm beautiful well maintained premises. Temple is very historic & of a grandeur construction. There is a river flowing behind the temple which makes the entire temple visit an wholesome experience. Can get bus from Sakthan Thampuran private bus @ Thrissur to reach here.

By the banks of the river, this temple is so serene, calm and enlightening. Was lucky to witness the morning Seeveli - the procession of the Lord on an elephant around the temple. Divine🙏🙏

Visited this Lord Rama temple last week. There is no statue of Lord Hanuman as he is present as Maya.

They have a ritual of blasting a cracker like Hanumanji had done when he found Sita Maa.

The people working in this temple are very very helpful. We were really touched by the dedication of one akka who made sure we did the rituals correctly as we do not understand or speak Malayalam. Thanks 🙏🏼

We had visited this temple during nalambalam plan - its not that much rush , i felt parking is a bit difficult during that time , other months its not very difficult,
This stay near to the river and we can do meenootu vazhipaadu. Its a very nice place

Parking fecilities are available. Also pilgrims centres are located near to temple.

Well maintained and both counter staff and pooja karmam cheyuna swami'mar is also good. Big temple, there is vedi vazhipadu, meenuttu and many more. You'll really feel blessed after going there. You can also pay thru upi at counters and at the kanika.
