Very pathetic management. Please change the Receiption section asap , they need proper training seriously to learn people management.They have few phone numbers. Nobody picks on time if luckily picked up also you won’t get your queries resolved.

I have a good experience with the treatment but once out of hospital it will be very difficult to get doctor appointment. I am talking about a specific doctor who goes for online appointment only. You’ll get a Tatkal train ticket but you won’t get the doctor appointment. I didn’t get a contact to escalate to higher level . Not to forget, you cannot buy medicines from outside . So it has to be with MRP prices only . Even things like wipers, Tina beds, napkins kind of stuff you need to pay MRP .. By looking at Sambalpur zone the price is at higher level . In fact they have tied up with limited insurance companies.

In vikash hospital sambalpur....Very very bad service...in reception employee are very rude..they don't have any knowledge how to talk with patients....treated like they rule the hospital...
