Best experience drivers& excellent bus service

Worst performance. We experienced it today(Tamil new year). We tried to come by 7.30 am bus from junction. We sat down in the bus. The conductor came and scolded us to get down from the bus since we need to get down a little before the destination. Whatever the reasons, he has to convey the things politely and has to respect the passengers. In front of others using disrespect words or insulting passengers is not acceptable and hope every passenger is important for your successful bus service. So this kind of things have to be avoided in future.

Worst coustomer service, 14th April 2023 tamil new year today. Morning time conductor behave rudely to customers. He canvas more passengers to gov.bus. he doesn't know to handle the passengers..

Very worst experience when traveling from trichy to karur. Very bad behavior of conductor .he is using painful towards passengers travelling form trichy to kulithalai. like why ur traveling in our bus
