I have purchased IFB washing machine recently. Mr.Selvakumar, Sales Person clearly explained about all models which is very easy to choose right one, based on our requirement and guided till the installation process.

After several reviews & analysis, got impressed by features, decided to go for IFB dish washer. Went to IFB point Mogappair and enquired about the model Neptue SX1 and Ms.Nandinipriya explained us very well about the product which was easily understandable. Later I purchased Neptune SX1 and we are using it now. It has wonderful features which makes us happy and saves lot of time and undoubtely cleans hygienically.

Today I visited the IFB point Mogappair showroom for the enquiry of dishwasher ,the staff Ms.Nanthini Priya has explained well about the product and offers, benefits, clearly . She approached very polite and friendly, I didn't buy the air conditioner she explained clearly about AC also for a suggestion like perfect one she clarified my doubts.. 1ton AC currently stock not available she said. We purchased IFB dishwasher Neptune SX1.
The machine is good except for heavily soiled dishes requires manual scrubbing other than that the product is too good. Spl thanx to Ms.Nandhini Priya for explaining the product. Her customer follow up is really gr8 right from installation to demo and for even the slightest issue she is there for help.

We were deliberating which brand of washing machine to buy after having used Samsung topload earlier. My husband was interested in IFB product. After he visited IFB point, and the manner in which the salesperson ms. Nanthini priya explained the various features of the products available there he was convinced that this is the machine to buy. We purchased the topload 6.5 aqua with built in heater. We have stated using it after a prompt installation by the IFB technician. Happy with the purchase. Thanks to Nanthini for showing us the product we were looking for.

I didn’t bought any products from ifb just went to check prices and the products and their features. Thanks to the staff Nandhini Priya, for explaining everything in so detail. I never seen such a dedicated staff especially in showrooms. I went at afternoon meal time, she skipped her lunch and explained me everything in details and had her launch at 3.30. I purchased IFB NEO DIVA VX front load washing machine from IFB point Mogappair on 21.6.2021. Ms. Nanthini Priya explained and compared the various options available with IFB and their schemes which had helped me to pick up the right machine. She also ensured timely delivery and installation.

Bought IFB Neptune FX Dishwasher from IFB Point Mogappair in April 2021.
It really helps. Saves time and effort. Cleans normally stained utensils cleanly. Heavily stained utensils requires some pre-cleaning.
Thanks to Nandhini Priya for explaining the features, pros and cons clearly when visited for inquiry and later while purchasing. She was also promptly following up after sales , tracking the delivery and installation. She also helped and guided in buying the detergent when the centre was closed during lockdown. 5 STARS for her and 4 STAR for the product. Wish more advanced technology comes to clean the heavily stained utensils as well.
