Beautifully designed the Villa away from pollution and public area... So wonderful place... If you want to buy any holiday home It is a great place where you can party, play sports, watch a movie or have a meal at not one but three world class Multi cuisine restaurants. Definitely a place to visit! Awesome..I never seen before place like that.. amazing whether all around, Everything added like spa, cinemas, tennis courts, football ground, soil volleyball ground first time in Gujarat, live games center for kids, restaurant, concerts room, wedding hall, conference hall, meeting room, Cricket ground in progress, for Health treatment in progress, In short everything like next level.. beautyful place

This is an amazing place. I wouldn't have imagined such a place to exist in Kutch.

The sports facilities are state of the art. The hotel rooms are very well maintained. The food is also delectable.

Visit during the winter season and you will have an amazing time.

One can get a royal feeling once entered to The Villa which is located in Sedata Village. 5/5 star on ambience and vibe of this place. The Architect of the Hotelis truly mesmerizing and royal. It is very spacious and you also have access to ample of parking if you come along with your group of friends. I had visited Aditya Gadhavi live in concert along with my sister and truly had a beautiful memories to take back spending time here at The Villa.

Excellent services, food and ambience! Mr Kamal has been exceptionally helpful in facilitating birthday party for my kids. I am deeply thankful to him for making the day special.

Work in progress but still there is luxurious banglos are available. Structure is made in Europe type society.feel like living in out of India.Direction is given in way like foreigne country used to write.
