Little bit improvement in staff

Long waiting time for any small work and after holiday very very busy.Only ladies staff are good cooperative. Long que. Assistant Mgr seems working very slow. If possible change the bank branch.Jayshree mam is very very helpful. She understand and advise properly. Printer inside very sluggish. Poor Bank.

No proper service. Lots of accounts n least man power to handle

There cash deposit machine always has some issue it is rarely working. I have gone several times there but most of the time it is not working and when it was working and I was going to deposit cash some staff from branch came and told me that it doesn't accept new 100 rupees notes and that rajesh tower roads machine will accept them. This same problem also occurs at gotri branch there machine is never working (CDM). Seriously a pathetic excuse of a bank. Never open your account here if you want good service.

SBI is Bad.. but SBI Samta Branch Vadodara is the WORST.. the staff is PATHETIC.. I submitted the account opening form and they told that they have more pending work so it will take 7-10 days.

Bad service in this branch nobody attended customer even no cash in ATM and Passbook printing machine out of service,staff also work very slow every time long queue.

In the name service very poor. Even for issuing new pass waited for 45 days. Phone kept switch off. No response on mail.

When a client denies for bloody insurance, staff from this branch will deny to serve client..Typical bloody Indian Banking system only knows to eat bribes from clients.

Very bed service staff not good and not proper service to customer .bed service .

Pathetic staff with rude behaviour.

Thrid class bank.. arrogant staff.. not at all helpful
