A very nice experience. A homestay styled resort at a very good location, with warm staff.

We were a group of 12 adults, took 4 rooms and stayed there for 2 nights. We had a very good experience there. The resort staff were very courteous, infact their courteousness started even before we checked in. We went in late at 4PM, still they kept the food ready for us and kept on checking our whereabouts on the way. They also attended to all our needs with a smile. They kept on waiting for us past 11PM for us to finish our dinner, inspite of we telling them not to wait.

The food was nice and simple, with strong authentic flavour. They also took us around for a nature walk and plantation visit.

Kudos to their whole team for delivering what they promised.

Personally, the only thing that i didnt like is their over friendly dogs, which were harmless and playful. Still, for the ones who fret on the sight of dogs (like me), it was slightly disturbing to be so close to one. But they tied it when we asked them to.

We had our college get together this month and this place was awesome. The rooms were well maintained and the service was excellent. Thanks to all the staffs who made our stay plesant

Located amidst a serene and picturesque setting. Cosy rooms and a scrumptious spread to satisfy ones hunger.

We stayed at this homestay last week and had an amazing experience. Rooms are clean and maintained well. Food serve here has lots of options in buffet and taste is amazing. Please note that being in temple area, food serve here is only veg. (On request, they will provide you non veg with extra cost) .Staff are very polite and very helpful specially Jagdish and one more boy (didn't remember the name). Mr. Prashant (maneger) is also very supportive and helped us in getting safari smoothly at early morning .He is very knowledgeable also and told many fact about wildlife.
In homestay ,there is nature walk also amidst coffee plantation.., evening they do campfire also.The main temple is very nearby from this homestay just 1 -2 km away on the hill.

The only cons part we felt that there was no complimentary water bottel also in rooms ..they charged for bottle also . Tea coffee machine is not in the room ,However toiletries (soap n towel) they provide along the room .

Overall nice experience amidst the nature and well behave staff make your stay comfortable.

I have stayed here more than five times. One of the best places and best people you can find on BR Hills. Large veriety of veg food and children friendly. Staff are so helpful that I have woken them at mid night for milk for my child. Economical, friendly and comfortable stay. Don't miss the chance to stay here. Keep good work guys.

I have been here twice and the location is fantastic. Glass cottages are awesome. The staff is very friendly. Especially Prashanth (Naturalist), took us to Safari n we had nice sightings.

We stayed at the Glass House Rooms at the back. A splendid set of rooms for 4 to 6 people. The view of the coffee plantation with nature all around us was wonderful. My Mom who is 70+ enjoyed it as well. Special attention was given concerning her age.

I will say it simple words to the host and the staff who manage this establishment - Thank you, you made my stay rea special.

We were a total of 10 members, three families. Each and every soul enjoyed the trip to their highest degree of satisfaction. Food was yum yum, super delicious. Staff was very helpful and polite. Overall a trip to cherish for your lifetime. Can be counted as one of the best trip.

Best homestay on BR hills! Beautiful view from rooms, very clean and ventilated well. The meals were the best part, home style food served 3 times a day (Confirm with owner, might be based on availability)

Kgudi camp and safari is 20 minutes away and the temple is within walking distance.

Nature walk, campfire etc were provided

The stay at Giridarshini was very comfortable, the rooms were clean ,food was delicious South Indian cuisines and staff was curtious. They tookgood care of us. I accidently paid double due to online payment issues but Prashanth refunded the same when he received it. I was happy to see an honest and welcoming team to help us on our staty at Giridarshini.

Located amidst coffee plantation. Nice and cozy rooms. Staffs were really nice and hospitable. Good food and a lot of varieties.

Nice home stay. We felt great calmness during stay and taste of food was awesome.
Service was very good.

Very homely. The family running the place is very humble and try very hard to keep the guests happy. Had nice time interacting with the brothers Vasu and Vadiraj who between them manage the whole show, including the kitchen along with their wives and a few helping hands. The 3 boys - Mahadeva, Siddaraju and Jagadeesh do most of the running around to keep the staying guests well engaged and attend to all their requirements. They are very patient and polite in all their interactions. Being native to the place, they are quite knowledgeable about the things a curious holidayer would look for. The place has about 10 rooms which are decently maintained and can accommodate 3-4 people in each of them. The best part of our stay was clearly the yummy food they serve. Starting from the early morning beverage to breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner, everything was great and with lots of options. They also arrange for bonfires in the evenings and provide snacks there too. The taste, the spread, the quantity and the hygiene all get 'two thumbsup' from me. Being a strict vegetarian and with my parents, wife & teenage daughter, everyone was very impressed. Would highly recommend this place to all veg families planning to have a relaxed time and also visit the lovely Biligiri Ranga temple.

I just wanted to relax and have peace so i searched for few places then we selected BR hills but there was some rumours that there’s no good homestay . Then however we decided to book this place . Believe me, the staff here is just awesome and very polite. You can request a dish that you like and have fun . They have fire camp. Rooms are excellent. One thing I admired the most is hospitality. Even at the mid - night staffs are eager to serve! Hotel managers are so down to earth. Ambiance is naturally awesome. At end of the day, we pay for hospitality and food . Both are on point here. Cheers!

Lovely place. Nature at its best . The house is Well blended with the surroundings .wholesome tasty food . Nothing fancy . Worth the stay .
