The Grand ambassador

Stayed 2 nights for an official trip. Rooms maintained well with all basic amenities. Staffs are friendly, supportive and well trained. Food taste is good though less options for vegetarian, price is little high.

Had a very pleasant stay. Elegant rooms, very cordial staff and a Restaurant to match its class. Found the location convenient for a visit to Etumanoor Mahadeva temple, other Lord Shiva temples and Kumarakom. Would recommend to friends visiting Kottayam

This is a come back form the old ambassodor hotel ...i still remember the old hotel with a boat shaped aquarium and all ...i was visiting there from my small age with my father ...when they stoped the hotel i was so sad because i had lots and lots of memories over there..Now grand ambassador is a lit come back...The manager "SANTHOSH" Is a very polite and energetic person...he knows how to engage with the customers and deal them... wishing good luck from the bottom of my heart ❤

The food was great, no complaints. But quantity needs to be improved for the prices charged..very pleasing staff..

Waiters are unprofessional and rude in the bar.. They often engage in verbal fight with customers even if it's their fault.. these old waiters really doesnt fit such an upscale place like this.. get some young bloods who will go along with the decent customers.. Not at all recommended

The ambience is so good and food is good too.i had an seafood Alfredo and a lemon fish. The food quality is too good .The interior is so good

Everything is superb and amazing with this property...... starting from the price, parking facility, cleanliness, service etc and etc......it's just the best destination at Kottayam!!!

Must try place when you visit kottayam.they have recently renovated the entire hotel and it’s really welcoming.a unit of grand entree have also opened here.their foods are a must try.block 5 is their lounge bar which have an excellent design and great food menu.

Love it! Great ambiance, great experience we took the whole family they had the big table reserved for us walked in and the table was ready.
