Nice clean room. Well designed space for convince. But they don't provide Drinking water in room. Customer has to pay for a 2 liter bottles for reception.

I stayed in AC ROOM, It was A decent stay, DIDN'T FIND any -ves, better book directly than using online platforms. So that they will allow extra hour if needed.

It s very comfortable to me to stay here. Every day I visited Kumarakom Bird Sanctury using bus as transportation mode. Very fast and cheap. Best choice for young birdwatchers. The largest room I stay in Kerala, very clear, good staff, quite silence. Free WiFi and short distance to railway station are also good for me.

I don't know why people expect to many things. They have mentioned it's just basic rooms. I found my stay comfortable and would recommend it highly, if you're looking for very basic rooms and amenities (ac and tv is included). There customer service is good too and yeah leaking thing is one bad thing I found

Budget hotel, just 200m walking distance from sheemati round. Cam and quiet place even in the center of city. It's has a legacy. It's built around 30 years back. But now renovated but antic look.

This place provide cheapest accommodation in Kottayam.
Rooms are maintained neatly.
Only problem is about thickness of mattress.
