Chrysoberyl Hotel & Convention Centre

Very nice hotel. The welcome was very warm. The manager has given a complimentary upgrade on our rooms. As we were conducting our corporate meeting, timing was very important and the staffs were true professionals and helped us to finish the event in time. Food is also of good quality and taste especially chef specials are so delicious. Only suggestion is to improve breaffast menu ( We expect everything to be 5.. For breakfast we give 4 only )...

Very good experience. Hotel situated near to the city centre. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will visit again.

We had a great experience with our stay at Chrysoberyl Hotel in Kottayam. The hotel and rooms were super clean. The service was great. The staff was very helpful. Great hospitality overall by the management team as well as the staff.

We conducted the birthday party of my kid here. The F&B manager Tintu looked after us. The food was good, and the facility was okay, but it requires severe renovation to keep its 5-star rating. The staffs from the other departments were also helpful. In its current position at the time of writing this review, if you are okay with compromising on the slightly outdated look and feel of the facility for the honest and transparent service by its staff, I would recommend this hotel.
Overall I was happy with the value-for-money proposition.

Had visited for BNI meeting at the location. The food was great especially the morning buffe. Unfortunately I am on a diet so couldn't try out all the dishes. But from what my friends had said the food was really good

Hosted an event at this hotel and it was a pleasant experience. They have a relatively large hall on the upper level. The food was excellent. I had over 150 guests and the quality of the food was great. Very flavorful rice and curries. The staff was friendly and attentive. They have a full bar on the first level. I would highly recommend this hotel.
