The gym is so good in most of the aspects. One of the best gym available in Nashik.
The height of the gym roof is good so there is no suffocation problem. All standard instruments are available in gym. AC is set at proper level so we can get sweat too which is good for our body.

Suggestions:
We need more machines for body stretching since there is only one machine and everyone use it everyday so there is waiting time most of the time for the machine.

Make sure you keep the storage compartments clean on the treadmills since they are either wet or have some white thing on them and we keep our phones and napkins there.

There is some weird smell in changing room which doesn't feel fresh.
Toilets are not so clean.

Absolutely stunning place for gym lovers. Am here near about one year and overall experience is best. Recently visited several gym but this gym catches me. The Vibes are pretty good, experienced trainers are available and I think twice or may be thrice in a month they organise the outdoor activities like marathon, rallies etc. The quality and also quantity of gym equipment and machineries are good.They provide zumba, abs batches, CrossFit and many other things. Beside of these gym provide MMA training batches also available. separate locker room for gents and ladies. So over all I have to say Visit yourself and do some demos and then decide.

Gym is well equipped with cross fit training, zumba, weight lifting, cardio training, weight loss session.most important gym have good environment with reachable near prasad circle. Parking place is good. Training session are given by trainers. I will highly recommend those staying at gangapur road location or near by
