Beach walk

Sunday was such a delightful walk here.. The rains and the breeze and almost no crowds made it a really pleasant experience.

There were families sitting on benches along the promenade enjoying the view and some young people were enjoying themselves on the rocks...

People were walking their little furry pets and overall, this is what makes Bombay such a lovely place to stay in despite its challenges.

This place at Bandra West , is at Carter road .The coastal ecology here is Rocky shore with mud flats and mini mangrove ecosystem. The mangroves are growing again in to a marine forest and has many marine wildlife if you enter inside with safety because there are many species of snakes also. While walking on the promenade is safe and always nice. There is a Ganpati Temple inside the sea shore, it is called Sagar vinayak many people go to visit this temple during no tide time.

Bandstand is a nice place to visit for sunset as well and evening and late night walks.

Watch out for the weekend Drum Circle at the Promanade. Very entertaining and revitalizing
