He guide the exerciser in a right way and I can say it's a great gift for us to have a great master to teach all his techniques for the benefit of us to improve our health .
Nowadays nobody in this world want to share the secret to achieve the results,but here he want to have everything from his heart to the students without hiding the miniscule amount .For that one reason he is above all in terms of teaching and shows his love and humanity towards us.only certain people will have that mindset to share what they knew and he is one of them .
I am always afraid when I am seeing him in the gym as he tend to give the toughest of the tough exercise to get the body in shape soon 😜 and additional sweat fall from my body .It's for our benefit to get rid of doctor visit .
How he live with his meagre pension and enjoying a happy life with his son (Prabhakar - need to write another story about him )and grandson is a great life-learning experience for all us .
