Mamlatdar office

The staff may seem cooperative but it is highly dependent on the leader of the place. The Mamlatdar and his attitude towards work make the major difference. It is his commitment towards the work which transfers to other staff members too.
I have mixed experience from this office. I met some of the best Mamlatdar here who were always a step ahead to help. I also met on Dy. Mamlatdar who was so arrogant that you will better like to leave good opportunities in hand rather than being involved in any conversation with him.

It is a Dwarka mamlatdar office for works related to lands records, election card, rational card, etc. Nowadays it does not have drinking water facility, however staff is working much better than earlier excluding some. It has waiting facility and is a spacious office.

Behind is taluka panchayat, and on right side is roads development department.

The office boundaries touch the shore of INDIAN ocean, so if you need to wait for your work to be done you can have some good sight.

Nearby is light house.

The officers working in Mamlatdar they are thinking like they are god & just Skiping our work.. like Just for a single sign they tell Come Tomorrow sir is not there, if we go on Next day they Tell its in Pending Sir has not Yet come..
So sir is taking Salary for what to take Rest at Home..
Just for Single Sign & Documents me & my father Going there by walking 3km from last 3 days but still Now my work is NOT done...
But if any Person has Reference of Sarpanch or any other Member then their work will not be kept in Pending, it will be done Immediately bcz they have Reference (Lagvag)...
So if anyone has Reference then work will done within 1 day...
The all members working at, they think like they Are Something🙄....
I hope All High authority member can See this & request to take Action against them. Please make some Strictly rules for Working Members..
