Hotel Monal Residency Kalpa India

The location of this property is very good with beautiful mountain view from rooms. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two days stay there.

The rooms were nice and clean. The food from the in-house kitchen was good. The view was pretty decent too. The staff was sweet and helping.

The rooms may be a bit on the expensive side but it was worth it I guess.

In-all, a great accommodation to be at in Kalpa.

One of the most stunning hotels I have ever been. This hotel has the most beautiful mountain view of the snow capped mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean and has all the facilities. The staff is super friendly and the food is to die for. Altogether perfect stay and excellent value for money.

Visited Hotel Kalpa in November first week. Good property. Great Hospitality by staff. Rooms are really good & clean, at fair price, not costly. Service and food was awesome. Chef Sachin guided us over food menu, so we get best of it. We placed order for breakfast of Samber-Idli-Wada at dinner time, on his suggestion (he needs over-night time to cook the samber on slow-heat). And really we were surprised with the final result at breakfast table, that aroma i can still feel. Complete staff kept us informed about all activities of hotel and around it. I believe their motive is, that we enjoy our vacation/time and they succeded to it.

One of the best hotel in Kalpa. The staff is very polite and helpful. They are sweet and willing to go an extra step in their hospitality. The rooms are extra ordinary with having a spectacular view of Kinnar Kailash and the place itself. The room are clean and comfortable. Owner of the hotel is very helpful.

Beautiful place. Lovely service. Great food. Courteous staff. Our group of 8 cyclists stopped here for the night and we wished we stayed here longer. A beautiful view of the Kinnaur Kailash from most rooms. A definate stay for people visiting this region.
Good rooms, clean linen, clean bathrooms.

Even in Freezing temperatures of - 30 deg on a cold January night, they gave us nice Daal rice and good rooms with quilts. There was just one boy and we were 15 adults. Still he never complained and gave us the best hospitality. Definitely recommend the place! The rooms are spacious with heaters(at a slightly extra cost). The view from the balcony is mesmerizing

Went There in April 2022, Excellent view of the kailash mountains, food was amazing, Even they had TT table, Hot Water plus blanket heaters were also available full time. Great Place to stay in Kalpa

So Reckong Peo is a few kms ahead of kappa in terms of distance and heigh as well. Kalpa is the place to stay if u love stunning views. The road on which this hotel is situated is top of the mountain and has more such hotels with top views. Pick any good hotel here but we were more than happy to pick this and pleasently surprised with food. Service and room upkeep cleanliness etc

One of the best hotel to stay when you are in Kalpa. The hospitality is great and i would highly reccommend it to B2B agents as the hospitality offered even to drivers is great and appreciable. The scenic view on their terrace is worth seeing in morning and evening.

Hotel staff is very quick and helpful. Room is airy and spacious. It has lovely view. Bathroom is clean. Cupboards are also provided. There ample parking space. We got 3 bed in 1800

Location is absolutely amazing, the view from balcony and terrace is mesmerizing. The staff is so helpful. Sharma ji (owner) is such a nice person. Food was great, served on time.
Whenever I'll plan Kalpa, I'll be definitely coming to this place.

The best hotel we got in the total trip of Himachal. The hotel is having one family suite at the very top floor. From the windows you can get the view of kinnar range. And having one balcony. You can spend whole of your time sitting in the balcony. To satisfied with this hotel.
But the foods are real costly here.

Was happy to see a gycer in the bathroom (hot water shower after a rough ride = heaven 😁).

One of the best options to stay in Kalpa. Situated around 5 kms from Reckong Peo, a good option for those who are going forward to Spiti and want a 1 day break. Hotel rooms are good, specially executive rooms with Kinnar Kailash view. Staff is also very friendly and parking facility also available. Food quality is also great. Some indoor games also available.

One of the best hotels in kalpa. Hotel staff was also very good and friendly, deepraj kapoor helped us a lot for getting some photographs. As we were shooting night sky from this hotel. And the view from hotel was spectacular. I will visit this hotel again next time for sure.

We came to Monal at the last hour because of a bad experience we had of a home stay in Kalpa. The rooms, bathrooms in Monal are very clean. The food offered is a quite good, we got ginger lemon tea, regular tea parathas etc. for breakfast and thukpa for dinner. The rooms have a wonderful view of Kinnaur range and we were even lucky to get a glimpse of Kinnaur kailash in the morning despite the cloudy weather through the day.
All in all, I highly recommed Monal residency.
