Hotel Rollingrang, Kalpa.

I think Hotel Rollingrang is the best place to stay in Kalpa. It's a well maintained property. Spacious, neat & clean room and wash room, with all modern amenities. Well behaved and cordial staff. Tasty and quality food. Newly build large and comfortable dinning hall. We were provided heated room and 24 hours uninterrupted supply of hot water even at the end of December. Most beautiful thing is the view of snow-capped Kinnaur Kailash range from room & balcony.

Very well maintained neat and clean hotel with modern amenities. Stuffs are very well behaved, polite always attentive to our needs. There cook Iswarji is very good and serves us home like food. View of Kinnur kailash range was just wow from our balcony.

Had booked two mountain facing rooms on the 3rd floor for night of March 22, 2023. Rooms have excellent uninterrupted views of snow capped mountain peaks with no visual disturbance. Hotel was quite clean, and the rooms are fairly large with tasteful ambience. Reliable hot running water was a boon. Rooms have heat pillar and bed warmers, which work well. The staff was quite helpful, they provided us dinner and other assistance at the room itself instead of us going down. Would recommend to eat breakfast at their hall since the view is great and has pleasant sunshine. Wake up early to enjoy a brilliant sunrise

Location of the hotel is at a height, and one can drive right up to the hotel car park. The overall location is very picturesque. Only point of notice for mobility challenged citizens is that there is no lift to go to higher floors.

Excellent. Staying there was a splendiferous. An apple tree within the campus is a special attraction. Staff behavior is truely good.

Coming from Australia and had no idea which hotel to book, I took a risk of booking this hotel after reading all the fabulous reviews. And guess what, this hotel turned out a gem. With mesmerising view of majestic kinner-kailash mountains, the location of this hotel is superb. Enjoyed the view everyday from our balcony while sipping on tea or coffee!!! The staff (special thanks to Mahendra (manager)), and the service was top-notched. They took care of our every need. We ordered our food from the menu and everytime the food turned out just a replica of home-cooking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!!!!

Excellent hotel with reasonable rates. This will give you great view of Kalpa. The service, food quality and staff behaviour also at par. We booked in 3rd week of June 2023 and had a memorable experience.

I had directly booked their Mountain View corner Room through Mr Mohit Negi who is the owner of this beautiful property after reading online reviews. I haven't tried other hotels but anyway there are not many to choose from. This hotel is right opposite to HPTDC hotel and all I can say is that this hotel is certainly the best in Kalpa in terms of everything. The room itself is not huge but the view of snow capped Kinnaur Kailash mountains from their corner room and balcony itself is just breathtaking. Room is very cozy and has beautiful wooden finishing with very clean international standard linens and hot water. My wife and 2 small kids are Malaysian citizens and are not used to cold weather. The hotel provides electric blanket and Mr Mohit arranged extra room Heater for us which made our stay very comfortable. I must mention their food about which I had read positive things in other reviews as well before booking. This is a small town and you don't have much options outside to eat. The mutton curry that they cooked for us was the best we ever had anywhere in India. What else you can expect from this small town. Best view from the room and delicious food!

Mr Mohit even helped arrange my whole itinerary to Kalpa, suggested nearby places to visit in the town and also proactively guided our driver to take the correct route to the hotel. Everyone in this hotel right from the receptionist, staff were humble and service was just top class. We really loved their hospitality and we will remember this small beautiful village and their hospitality for years. We went in mid March so the weather was just nice for walking around. Will surely recommend to book this hotel to anyone visiting Kalpa. Try to book directly as it will be cheaper. Thanks again hotel Rollingrang and Mr Mohit!

Location of the hotel itself is excellent, we stayed at room 301 and 302 which have 180° view of the kinnaur kailash range . Hospitality and services extended by the manager Mr Mahinder and other staff members were excellent. Food is just awesome. Thanks to the hotel staff for making our stay in Kalpa very very comfortable and enjoyable.

I checked in with my family for two days stay during march end. We reached here in evening after 250 km journey from shimla. As soon as we landed from our vehicle, we were fascinated by the beauty of the surrounding, with huge snow clad mountain range all around. The room at top floor had exceptional views. Room was small though for three adults but still managable. Linens and bedding was clean and comfortable. Food was good. Washroom had hot water 24 hours which is required at a cold place like kalpa. The hotel is good 10-12 km from reckong people and the famous Roghi village is only 4-5 km from here. Only downside was that the hotel could not provide the mattress heater for third person, the extra bed that we used. Rest everything was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. One can keep sitting in front of the mighty mountain range for hours, the view is so fascinating.

Hygienic comfortable rooms and friendly staff to cater to your needs. Mahendra ji was extremely courteous and was there to attend to all our needs. The bed warmers,heaters were added perks in the room. The views of the mountains were also amazing from the balcony

kalpa is known for its majestic views and hotel rollingrang has the perfect view in kalpa. The wide view of the snow clad mountains from the room window is a lifetime experience for me. It was mesmerizing and relaxing. I must say that the view of kinner kailash is the best from this place only. It was my first ever visit to kinnaur and i think nothing could get better than this. The food was so delicious. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thankyou Priya and Mohit You guys are amazing.

Location is stupendous owing to the views from the Hotel.
Food was very good and tasty...and this I am writing being a Delhi resident. The staff even took care that the food should be hot and warm when we eat.
The hotel has room heaters, electric bed warmers and geysers with hot water in wash basin, and not to forget they have power back up genset too.
Our stay was very comfortable and very relaxing. This hotel is a must to consider if you are staying at Kalpa.

Words will fall short in order to describe the place and our stay. The views were amazing, the room was amazing and the hospitality was top notched. They have ample parking space and a high speed internet if you are planning to work from here. Definitely a place to be in Kalpa. Thank you again.

Attention to detail and maintenance of the property is top notch. Food is delicious. Location could have been better. Sometimes they find it difficult to handle the rush during peak season but they try to do their best to serve the customer.
