Kadumane Hills Veg Resort

Best place for both family vacations and friends' outings. Amazing service, beautiful view and many adventure games and sports. The visit to the Falls and Hill View Point was the highlight! Star-gazing with a professional telescope was a pleasant surprise. Food, Refreshments and Camp Fire were also very good.
Overall, the atmosphere was wonderful and the people were also very friendly.

Stayed recently for a weekend. Our stay experience was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds were very clean. Simple home style freshly cooked food for every meal. This place offers a very unique and serene experience and highly recommended for true rest and relaxation. Scenic views and experience of nature at its best. There is a pet dog at the property who is very friendly with the guests.

This resort is in the middle of a scenic beauty place and away from the city & highway, which makes it a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Food is simple, homely and delicious. Manager Deepak is a good host and provided all the required information. They also arranged a vehicle for visiting the nearby water falls (really awesome) and view point and drove us there. Rope activities in the resort could be maintained better. Overall, it was a great experience.

Yes it was great experience staying here in Kadumane. Pure veg resort concept is amazing and food was great. Best thing about this place is that they have not disturbed nature whilst they have put in lot of efforts to make you realise how beautiful the nature is. Best suited for families and couples and of course a gang of friends who enjoys the beauty of the nature. Morning walks are a must. Try it yourself.

Excellent place, friendly staff, great hospitality and more than anything quiet and serene amidst nature. Morning walk to the river channel, delicious breakfast and hot coffee is a great way to start your day.. Breathtaking view of the sun set and shower under the natural waterfall deep inside the jungle is simply mesmerizing.. Food served here from breakfast to dinner is a feast for vegetarians.. Outdoor activities and hill top swimming pool is irresistible..

Excellent hospitality, amazing delicious pure veg homely food with breathtaking view is the best combo the resort offers.. spent my wedding anniversary and could not ask for more than just a WOW experience! Would love to visit again n again! Perfect blend to relax amidst Mother Nature and to get back fully energised!

Very nice place.. Staffs are friendly. Good and hygienic food. Last 700 meters to reach the resort was a thrilling experience. Definitely must visit spot..

Service:
Right from the point of initial communication with the resort staff /owner, the professionalism was very evident with Kadumane Hills Veg resort. Family was looking for a pure veg place in the area much earlier and due to the Cauvery agitation, plans went haywire. Mr. Raghavendra who I spoke to, was very understanding and kindly agreed to use the booking for an alternate date in the reasonable future. When we re-approached at the appropriate time, there were no issues with the booking. Mr. Deepak, resort manager is a very knowledgeable individual with a genuine interest in the well-being of his patrons. He showed personal interest in our bird-watching passion and gave us multiple options to have the best experience while being safe. He accommodated our special requirements since group had aged parents as well during the waterfall trip on his jeeps, and took it on himself to in fact showcase some geological specialties of the area.

Food:
We are vegetarians with some in the family being extremely difficult to please with regard to food outside home. The testament to the goodness of the food served at Kadumane, was that none of these folks raised even a single complaint. They were all glowing and positive on the food all through. Full marks to the chef and cooks and just this one characteristic makes Kadumane a true value for money!!

Location/Cottage/Ambiance:
Nestled away from the main highways, place is an ideal getaway for the weekend from busy urban areas. While the rainy season does pose a bit of a challenge for the last mile, any SUV should be able to get there with no issues. Cottages are well spaced apart and at the same time proximal enough to not feel lonely.
Revelry is not permitted beyond 10 pm and this ensures the resort stays pristine, while allowing the needed enjoyment for patrons.
One area of improvement could be in the Family cottages that are more spacious than the couple ones and host 4 beds. The lighting for the far end of the room is inadequate and could be addressed just by rearrangement of the existing furniture and lamps. Feedback provided and Mr. Deepak and staff took it very positively.

All in all a superb pure-veg resort at Sakleshpur and despite the distance from famous Kukke Subramanya and Dharmasthala, we are strongly considering Kadumane Veg as the stay hub to visit these temples during any weekend trip from Bangalore.

I stopped at Kadumane Hills for a few days while traveling trough the South of India and I had a very pleasant stay! The food they served 3 times a day was so good and they always had a great variety of different dishes served. The cottages are very nice and the bed was dreamy, I had some very good nights of sleep there. Furthermore the Staff was very caring and attentive to my needs and they helped me fill my days with fun activities. The surroundings and the energy at this place were so special and you can really calm down and recharge at this resort! Thank you so much for making my stay as enjoyable as possible :)

Food is below average. Menu is ordinary with same menu being served everyday.

Nice weekend gateway from Bangalore, great location with managed by great people like Deepak, Bharath and many more. And the best thing is you get veg and even Jain food. Pls do visit once

It was a wonderful resort with veg only food was a plus point . Some extravaganza like telescope(to see moon, Jupiter and Saturn with rings) , waterfall and susnset viewpoint was amazing!

We stayed at Kadumane hills resort for 2 nights. It was a very pleasant and memorable stay. The place is surrounded by greenery and is so serene. One can enjoy the nature and freshly cooked veg food. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. There are a couple of activities like rope way and zip line inside the resort which adds to your experience. Camp fire, jeep ride to a nearby falls, trek to sunset and sunrise points are the highlights. Best place to relax, unwind and be nature. Totally worth visiting again :)

Visited in May-2023 and stayed in couple cottage. Location is beautiful, quiet and good place for relaxing, greenery was very good even in month of May. Afternoon was little bit hot but they have excellent arrangements for making the cafeteria cool during lunch time. Food taste was excellent. Food options were limited but all the items were good and tasty. Best place in Sakleshpur if you are looking for pure veg resort.

We stayed there during June week 1 of 2023. We had a very refreshing experience in Kadumane veg resort. We were particular about finding a veg only place and were happy to stay here. We had been with our 2 year old and they made our stay very comfortable. Food was good, rooms are very clean and odor free, view is amazing.
