Dieties are krishna, dharmasastha, durga, nagas, ganapathy and shiva..
Auditorium is in east of temple.
On north east is the temple pond.
On the east entrance there is a huge parking area.
Dining area of auditorium is outside the wall of temple in east .
And rest room is situated near to it.

Lord Sreekrishna temple located in thevalakkara. This temple is also known as "Thekkan Guruvayoor" .Ample parking space is available. Situated 100 meter from main road(chavara- sasthamcotta road).
The place is filled with positive energy. Staff are also friendly in nature.

A famous religious place in Kollam, southern district of Kerala dedicated to Lord Sree Krishna which shares lineage from the biggest Sree Krishna Temple in Kerala, GURUVAYOOR, hence called Thekkan Guruvayur. The temple is open on all days for 2 sessions of offerings namely 5:00- 11:00 am in the morning and 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the evening. As a part of special offerings, the morning session would be upto 2.00pm on Thursdays and upto 12.00 noon on Sundays. Very spacious premises with a lot of sanctity with ideal spots to feel the evening breeze gazing at the setting sun. Well arranged Sanctums dedicated to the chief Lord Krishna, Lord Ganesh, Lord Shiva, Lord Sree Dharmasaastha, Goddess Lakshmi and other minor Sanctums like Bhramarakshas, Yakshiyamma and Nagraj-Nagyakshi.
On practicality, this place is by the side of Chavara-Bharanikkavu State highway, few metres away from Chenankara Jn Bus Stop and has facilities to CONDUCT TWO MARRIAGE FUNCTIONS AT A TIME, with separate stages and dining halls. Ample parking space too make this place unique. This place has early morning bus service to Guruvayur Temple, Thrissur, Kerala and conducts bus service to Pampa too during Sabarimala pilgrimage season.

Temple known as Guruvayur of South kerala.Lord Krishna is the main deity here. Lots of marriages are solemnised here. The palpayasam nivedyam is very tasty. Situated in kollam district.Temple is twenty kilometres away from district headquarters. Nearest railway station Sasthamkotta is four kilometres from here. The temple is well connected by roads as well.

A bus service here between the Guruvayoor temple and Thekkan guruvayoor temple every day from Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The bus is start the journey in the morning from Thekkan Guruvayoor temple.. There is a school newrby the tmeple named Thekkan guruvayoor school.. Like other Krishna temples the milk used for making vazhipad is from the temple owned cows.

Calm and quite atmosphere. Visited first time for Darshanam. Hare Kriahna.

It is a great temple of lord Sreekrishna. I occasionaly visit that temple. I felt great.
