Service is good, they don't care about the customers. For a small issue we have visit the bank so many times either they don't know how to resolve the issues

No proper service to customer / AC holders

This is one of the worst banks that I have ever been too. Worst staff and to rule them all, one of the worst manager, who really thinks his personal talks come to priority before the customers problems. I really wished if there someone to take the right action against such people who don't care about others. He openly admits that his seniors(past managers) might have done something illegal, who were 10 times better than him. Wish I could give them a 0 as rating.

All the time manger will be not there in office and even after the lunch break also it will closed manger even don't no to speak kannada they are cheating the people's by giving less amount
